Female Coordinator

Joondalup United FC is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Female Football Coordinator to support our girls and women’s football divisions. This crucial role will involve a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation and growth of our programs.

In this position, you will play a key role in the selection of coaches and managers for teams ranging from our girls’ squads to adult teams. You’ll also handle all aspects of registration and payment communication between the club and players, ensuring a seamless process for everyone involved.

Your responsibilities will include organising merchandise sizing sessions for all teams and coordinating training venues and schedules. You will work closely with coaches and managers to ensure that all training sessions are well-planned and executed. Additionally, you’ll be in charge of scheduling games, coordinating with venue availability, and liaising with other club departments to finalise arrangements.

Providing support to coaches and managers will be a significant part of your role. You will assist in communication with parents and players, as well as manage interactions with Football WA for various matters. Organising and scheduling meetings with managers and coaches will also be part of your duties, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

Another key aspect of the role is setting up a committee to oversee volunteers and other essential roles such as training, canteens, matchdays, and club events. You will attend club committee meetings to provide feedback on the progress of your division and keep everyone updated on club news and activities.

Your focus will be on fostering the growth of JUFC Ladies and Girls, working to attract new players and sponsors. Building strong relationships with other clubs and the community will be crucial. You will also manage player allocation to squads and communicate with Football WA as needed for game arrangements, player and referee matters, and results reporting.

If you’re passionate about advancing women’s football and want to contribute to the success and growth of JUFC, we invite you to apply. Join us and become an integral part of our team, shaping the future of female football at Joondalup United FC!
