Masters/Vets Coordinator

As the Masters and Vets Coordinator at Joondalup United FC, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our football programs. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the selection of coaches and managers for all teams, and ensuring that we have the best leadership in place to support our players.

You will be responsible for handling registration and payment communications between the club and players, streamlining these processes for efficiency. Additionally, you will organise schedules for merchandise sizing for all teams, ensuring every player is equipped and ready.

A key aspect of the role involves coordinating training venues and schedules in collaboration with coaches and managers, as well as scheduling games based on venue availability. This will require close communication with other club departments to ensure seamless operations.

Supporting our coaches and managers with communication from both the club and Football West is essential. You will also organise and schedule meetings with managers and coaches, ensuring they are held at mutually convenient times.

You will set up a committee to manage volunteers and other essential roles, such as those involved in training, canteens, matchdays, and club events. Your role will include attending club committee meetings to provide feedback on the division’s progress and relay important information to committee members, managers, and coaches about club news and activities.

A significant part of your role will be to drive the growth of our Masters and Vets programs, focusing on attracting new players and sponsors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with other clubs and the community will also be a key priority.

Finally, you will manage squad player allocations and maintain communication with Football West regarding games, player updates, referees, and results. If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact and helping our programs thrive, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
